How much does it cost to hire a bartender/server?
- Bartenders a la Carte charges by the hour, with a minimum of 4 hrs services in the Naples Area , Bonita Springs, Fort Myers and Marco Island.
- Rates vary according to total hours of work and type of service, and in some cases some traveling charges may apply . Please contact us to get an estimate (239)269-8069 Gratuity is never included in the hourly rate and it's at your own consideration
What does your hourly rate include?
The hourly rate includes the bartender/server service, and whenever available and upon request sometimes we can provide coolers and /or table to set up the bar. We have a minimum of 4 hour service.
Do you provide food service?
Bartenders a la Carte is just a staffing service, but we work together with some caterers and upon request we may refer you to them to fulfill all your catering needs required for the event.
How do I get to book my event?
Once you make your reservation you will be required to mail to us 50% in advance to have your event book. (Certain conditions/restrictions apply)
Due to the high demand that we experience at some times of the year, you are encouraged to get the date booked as soon as possible to ensure availability.
In avarage how long time does each service take?
Usually you need to consider 30-60 mins for set up ( depending the type of event) and another 30-60 mins for breaking down/clean up time plus the hours of the event. Cocktail parties are usually 4 hour job while other type of parties last up to 7 hours. We can customize our services time wise, this means that staff will stay as long as you need them, but just remember the 4 hr minimum requirement.
Do you have a uniform?
Yes, staff usually wears white tuxedo style shirt with black tie and black pants.
This may change according to clients needs, but this is subject to availability.
When is payment expected to be received and what types of payment are accepted?
Payment is usually expected to be received at the end of the event unless otherwise previously arranged. Types of payment are cash or personal check (some restrictions may apply when it comes to out of town checks)
